MBE system order increases manufacturing capacity

Equipment manufacturer for semiconductors materials, RIBER, has announced the order of a MBE system for high power bar-lasers production.

TRUMPF Photonics has ordered a major MBE system to increase its manufacturing capacity for high-power diode lasers intended for industrial laser applications.

This order of a second system confirms the success of the partnership engaged four years ago between TRUMPF and RIBER. 

This order will be delivered in 2017.
