Providing widespread light distribution, MaxLite presents LED barn lights as a suitable energy-efficient replacement for high-pressure sodium or metal halide fixtures in yards, driveways, barns, docks and other areas requiring ample lumen output and coverage.

The LED luminaires replicate the form and function of 150W high-pressure sodium or 175W metal halide fixtures while consuming just 35 and 50W, respectively. With exceptional efficacy up to 111lm/W, the lights deliver 2,570 to 5,340lm in a crisp, bright 5000K colour temperature to enhance visibility and safety in rural environments. The barn lights are engineered with a prismatic drop lens that maintains full cut off distribution and diffuses light evenly over a long life of 150,000 hours.

The fixtures operate at 120-277V and feature a three-prong National Electrical Manufacturers Association twist-lock photocell that can be programmed to automatically turn lights on at dusk and off at dawn.

Designed for easy installation in both new and retrofit applications, MaxLite LED barn lights can be mounted to the wall or a sealed junction box using the provided 24" aluminium curved arm. The fixtures are durably constructed of an aluminium housing and polycarbonate lens engineered to withstand the effects of harsh weather conditions and vandalism. The barn lights are backed by MaxLite’s five-year limited warranty and lifetime product support.

MaxLite LED barn lights are qualified by DesignLights Consortium and may be purchased with rebates through utility rebate programmes nationwide.
