BFi OPTiLAS, Evry – European partner of Labsphere is please to introduce the New LED’s characterization systems model TOCS. Labsphere’ TOCS LED thermal, optical, electrical characterization system allows users to measure quickly, accurately, and simultaneously the optical and thermal features of LED and arrays. The thermal variances at the LED junction can affect the LED performances in terms of color, output, lifetime, luminous efficiency, and linearity performance.

The LED system consist of a lamp measurement integrating sphere, a high resolution CCD array spectrometer (spectral range from 360 to 100nm), electrical/thermal plate and temperature controller.

TOCS’ system is available in sphere size from 20 to 76 inches. The TOCS-SS powerful software is provided with each system.

The TOCS’ LED characterization systems are used in a various application areas: packaged LED’s, Modules & Arrays, Backlight Displays, and Solid State Lighting.
