With its move to the industrial area Inning am Ammersee, VONJAN Technology not only has modern new premises at its disposal, but above all the product range of lasers has been significantly expanded. We understand that a laser system is far more than just the sum of its individual components. It is especially the right combination and the resulting interplay which leads to excellent system performance in the end.

In order to be able to offer laser sources for all important industrial material processing applications, new laser models were added to the portfolio, which cover the wavelengths of 355, 532, 1064 and 10600nm.

"With the new laser models we now also offer suitable beam sources for laser welding and additive manufacturing with metallic and photopolymer materials," said Tobias von Jan, CEO of VONJAN Technology. Depending on the model, the lasers operate with continuous wave (CW) and/or pulsed.

The new laser models include the pulsed MOPA fibre lasers of the M7 series from market leader JPT Opto-Electronics - an "absolute high-end and all-round fiber laser with a price-performance ratio that has never been seen before in Europe".

With a wavelength of 1064nm, output powers of 20 - 150W, modulable pulse widths of 2 - 500ns, additional CW mode and many more features, these lasers are suitable for marking, engraving, ablation, structuring, cutting thin layers, cleaning, laser welding, additive manufacturing and others.

With the new CW fiber laser, VONJAN Technology is now opening up new opportunities and new markets for itself and its customers. The CW laser models offer output powers from 20 - 2000 watts at a wavelengths of 1064 / 1080nm and are available with single-mode and multimode fibers.

The compact, easy-integration DPSS lasers of the LP-UV and LP-GR series are particularly low maintenance and cost-effective. They offer classic fiber laser customers the possibility to work with other wavelengths (355 and 532nm).

The new CO2 lasers with a wavelength of 10600nm, output powers of 10 and 30W and a high beam quality convince, like the other lasers offered, by fast response behaviour at a competitive price.

"It is important to us, that every customer, from research laboratories to international system integrators, can find the right components for their laser system with us. No matter if just for a single system or series production at high quantities".
