Green and blue laser diodes from ams OSRAM

They impress with their improved beam quality and tighter electro-optical tolerances. The laser diodes are available with power levels from 10 mW to 100 mW. The diodes, like the PLT3 520FB and the PLT5 450GB, are available at www.rutronik24.com.

The flexibility of two different housing options and the different optical power levels (10 mW, 20 mW, 30 mW, 50 mW and 100 mW) provide developers with the best option for the planned application. While the TO38 housings are particularly suitable for use where space is limited, the TO56 variants are used as standard in industrial environments.

To ensure eye protection, the green laser diodes in the TO56 housing have an integrated photodiode that monitors and controls the optical output power.
