Like all iXblue near infrared (NIR) modulators, both series use a proton exchanged based waveguide process that confers them an unparalleled stability and a high photo-refractive threshold. iXblue already offers both types of modulators for wavelengths as short as 780nm and for wavelengths as long as 2 microns.
Electro-optic phase modulators for 850nm to 950nm
LASER COMPONENTS has introduced two new ranges of phase modulators from iXblue specially designed to operate from 850nm to 950nm. One is a range of intensity modulators and the other phase modulators. The NIR-MX950 and NIR-MPX950 series are both available with various modulation bandwidths, from low frequency to 20 GHz and beyond.
