The A-CUBE uses the company’s patented low noise avalanche photodiode receivers, featuring an integrated preamplifier, temperature compensation and high voltage source allowing operation across a wide temperature range at a constant amplification; available with either Si or InGaAs based avalanche photodiodes covering the spectral ranges between 260-1700nm.
