The SKY12232-21, SKY12233-11, SKY12235-11 and SKY12236-11 are optimised for use as low distortion, analogue attenuators, centered at 1.95, 2.60, 3.15 and 3.8GHz. These VVAs are suitable for automatic power leveling/gain control circuits in 3G/4G LTE and WCDMA cellular base stations, IF chains, radar and satcomms systems.
They are also designed for broad market wireless systems including military communication transceivers, S-Band radar and VSAT. Each is provided in a MCM 8-pin 4.9×3.2×1.0mm package.
