Solid State Supplies appointed by Cadeka

A wide range of new high speed analogue products to suit both current and future growth applications are now available from Solid State Supplies who have been appointed by Colorado based Cadeka as their UK representatives. Cadeka is a supplier of high-performance amplifiers, ADC and DAC data converters, hybrid amplifiers, high speed comparators and quality replacement products. The company also offers direct, pin compatible replacements for several obsolete and EOL products from manufacturers such as Signal Processing Technologies (SPT), Comlinear Corporation, KOTA Microcircuits, Fairchild Semiconductor, and Raytheon.

In addition to being able to supply products which are already well-known to most engineers, Cadeka also offers a custom design and build facility, as well as on-line application notes and evaluation boards for most products.

Resurrecting the familiar Comlinear name, Cadeka’s latest launch is the Comlinear CLC1603, a single channel, high performance current feedback amplifier that consumes only 1.1mA of supply current and can be disabled to lower the supply current to 0.11mA.

The CLC1603 offers 200MHz of bandwidth at gain of 2 and 450V/µs slew rate. The CLC1603 is designed to operate from 5V or ±5V supplies and is available in lead-free SOT23-6 and SOIC-8 packages. Applications include portable video, line drivers, radar or communication receivers, set top box and NTSC/PAL/HDTV.
