Compact solution for industrial monitoring applications

Developer and manufacturer of Linux-ready ARM embedded industrial computers, Artila Electronics has announced its RIO-2017PG, the high performance, compact remote I/O modules interface with up to eight isolated A/I channels.

This module provides programmable input ranges on all channels and is powered by ARM processor and FreeRTOS operating system to achieve high performance, lower power consumption with compact size.

For users who would like to develop their application software using RIO-2017PG, Artila provides a friendly tool chain which includes C programme compiler and debug as a free download that features a flexible development environment, whichmakes programming easier.

The analogue input channel can be configured as current and voltage and it is auto calibrated and 2,500Vrms isolated protecting the module and peripherals from damage due to high input-line voltages.

In addition to the analogue input, RIO-2017PG also has one relay output. Therefore it is suitable for remote data acquisition and control, also a cost effective solution for industrial measurement and monitoring applications.
