TI wireless microcontroller in stock at Mouser

Mouser Electronics is now stocking the CC2340R2 SimpleLink wireless microcontroller (MCU) from Texas Instruments (TI).

The TI CC2340R2 SimpleLink wireless MCU is a 2.4GHz wireless device designed for Bluetooth low energy and Zigbee.

It is designed as an entry-level SoC (system-on-chip) for low-power wireless communication. The CC2340R2 MCU features 0.71 μA ultra-low standby current, integrated balun, 28 KB of ultra-low leakage SRAM, and 12KB ROM for the bootloader and drivers.

This wireless microcontroller supports Over-The-Air upgrade (OTA), Serial Wire Debug (SWD), Real-Time Clock (RTC), and high-performance radio.

Typical applications for the CC2340R2 include medical, building automation, beacons, asset tracking, disposables, smart grid, LED luminaire, lighting control, communication equipment, factory automation, and personal electronics.
