A pair of differential successive-approximation register (SAR) analogue to digital converters (ADCs) from Analog Devices are in stock at Mouser Electronics.

The AD4021 and AD4022 devices are pin-compatible with the AD4020 SAR ADC.

The 20-bit AD4021 and AD4022 ADCs help engineers accurately capture high-frequency signals and implement oversampling techniques to alleviate the challenges associated with anti-alias filter designs.

Both ADCs offer high-accuracy, high-speed and low-power with Easy Drive features that reduce both signal chain complexity and power consumption while enabling higher channel density.

The SPI-compatible serial user interface is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, and 5 V logic by using the separate VIO logic supply.

Reduced input current, down to 0.5 uA/MSPS, coupled with a long signal acquisition phase, eliminates the need for a dedicated ADC driver in many use cases.

The AD4021 and AD4022 ADCs are ideal for applications such as automatic test equipment, machine automation, medical equipment, and instrumentation and control systems.
