Mouser is stocking Freescale Semiconductor's 32-bit Kinetis 72MHz K-Series microcontrollers. The K10/20/30/40/5x 72MHz microcontrollers (MCUs) are low-power 32-bit microcontrollers featuring high precision analogue, connectivity, and scalability. The MCUs are a high speed addition to the Freescale Kinetis family of ARM Cortex-M4 MCUs.

These 72MHz Kinetis microcontrollers consume approximately 270µA per MHz in run mode up to the maximum frequency of 72MHz, and feature a variety of low-power modes down to 1.45µA.

Program memory for these microcontrollers range from 64KBytes to 256KBytes of Flash memory. A special section of Flash memory, called FlexMemory, can be configured either as Flash for program storage or as EEPROM for non-volatile data storage. Other features include high-precision analog, USB, and powerful user-interface peripherals.

The integrated analog measurement engine includes two independent 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), allowing high-precision analogue measurement over a wide input signal range. High levels of flexibility and configurability make these Kinetis K‑Series microcontrollers ideal for a wide variety of industrial and consumer applications.
