These new devices come supplied in a range of package types from 48 to 80 pins, which together with the abundant range of flexible hardware internal resources, provide TinyPower Flash MCU solutions for a huge range of products which require an LCD display such as household appliances, industrial control, medical products etc.
The internal features of this device series include a Program Memory capacity of 2~8K Words, SRAM Data Memory capacity of 128~384 bytes and Data EEPROM capacity of 64/128 bytes. Also included is a 96~192 pixel LCD driver which have both R-type and C-type drive types. Additionally the devices all include multiple new Timer Modules which support Input Capture, Compare Match Output, Timer/Event Counter, Single Pulse output and PWM output operating modes.
To support these devices, Holtek provides a full suite of hardware and software development tools, known as the HT-IDE3000 which includes an In-Circuit-Emulator, full trace analysis functions as well as many other functions to ensure that users have their designs debugged and running in the shortest time possible.
