HOLTEK BS84xxxA-3 New Touch Key Flash MCU

The devices can be used in temperature or other voltage signal measurement applications such as electrical appliance heating control in products such as electric hobs, wine cabinets, disinfection cabinets, refrigerators, electric ovens, air-conditioning control, electric lunch boxes, smoke exhaust ventilators etc. Both devices include SPI and I2C interfaces which allow the microcontroller to be used as a full application master controller device or to be connected to another microcontroller and used only as a controller for the touch keys, temperature and voltage signal measurement purposes.



Along with other Holtek 8-bit MCUs, these new devices have a full array of protection features including high noise immunity, Watchdog Timer and Low Voltage Reset to provide maximum protection against erroneous operation. By providing an OCDS EV and a new touch key development platform, users have the ability to develop products rapidly. These new devices come supplied in a range of package types. The BS84B08A-3 is available in 16-pin NSOP/SSOP, 20-pin SOP/SSOP and 24-pin SOP/SSOP packages while the BS84C12A-3 is supplied in 20-pin SOP/SSOP, 24-pin SOP/SSOP and 28-pin SOP/SSOP packages.
