These microcontrollers (MCUs) belong to the PSOC 4 HV Mixed Signal (MS) series.

They are a combination of a microcontroller with a 12-bit SAR ADC, a 5th-generation Multi-Sense Converter (MSC) block supporting capacitive sensing (CAPSENSE).

The PSOC 4 HV MS-64K/128K MCUs feature an Arm Cortex-M0+ processor with programmable and reconfigurable analogue and digital blocks.

These MCUs support functional safety levels of ASIL-B according to ISO 26262 and are AEC-Q100 qualified.

Applications for the Infineon PSOC 4 HV MS-64K/128K Automotive Microcontrollers include PTC heaters, liquid level sensing, car access, automotive HMI, and Wheatstone bridge sensors.
