The HK4 series 6.0Gbit/s SATA SSD series is Toshiba’s first solid state drive SSD for enterprise and data centre applications to embed 15nm MLC NAND flash memory. The SSDs which are available at Rutronik offer low latency tuned for high quality of service (QoS) and are designed for read-intensive and value-endurance workloads.

It is also Toshiba’s first SATA SSD with optional Trusted Computing Group (TCG) enterprise encryption support and is also equipped with efficient error correction code QSBC (Quadruple Swing-By Code), helping protect customer data from corruption caused by NAND flash memory media wear.

This improves reliability and extends lifetime of the SSD. All models come with enterprise-class features such as Power Loss Protection.

Specifically engineered for value-endurance workloads, the HK4E eSSD delivers high-reliability, high-performance and low power usage.

The 7.00mm height drive is available in high capacities up to 1.6TB and supports 6.0Gbit/s SATA interface.

The HK4R SATA SSD series is designed for read-intensive workloads, offering high quality service, especially for enterprise and file server usage.

The HK4R family supports 6.0Gbit/s interface and is available in large capacities up to 1.92TB.
