Greenliant to show new eMMC and NVMe NANDrive BGA SSDs

Greenliant will showcase its latest high endurance EX Series and cost-effective PX/VX Series NVMe and eMMC NANDrive ball grid array (BGA) solid state drives (SSDs) at embedded world 2024, held in Nuremberg, Germany, from 9-11 April, located in hall 4A, booth 606.

These SSDs are tailored for aerospace, defence, industrial, and transportation applications.

Leveraging Greenliant EnduroSLC Technology, the eMMC and NVMe NANDrive EX Series SSDs offer high data retention and ultra-high endurance of 75,000, 150,000, or 400,000 program-erase (P/E) cycles, operating in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. These SSDs are suited for write-intensive workloads and demanding environments.

The eMMC NANDrive VX Series, designed for budget-conscious applications without compromising quality, utilises high-quality TLC NAND and supports wide temperature ranges (-25 to +85°C), offering an endurance of 3,000 P/E cycles. The NVMe NANDrive PX Series is engineered for industrial temperatures (-40 to +95°C) and boasts an endurance of 5,000 P/E cycles.

Additionally, Greenliant's solid-state storage product line encompasses:

  • Industrial Enterprise SSDs: high-capacity SATA 6Gb/s 2.5” and NVMe PCIe Gen3 U.2 drives, ranging from 800GB to 7.68TB, with endurance levels from two to unrestricted drive writes per day (DWPD) over five years
  • ArmourDrive SSDs: offering SATA and NVMe options across multiple form factors (mSATA, M.2 2230/2242/2280, 2.5”), capacities from 10GB to 3.84TB, and a wide variety of endurance capabilities
  • ArmourDrive Memory Cards: SD/microSD cards, available from 8GB to 256GB, with endurance up to 30,000 P/E cycles
  • NANDrive SSDs: BGA form factor SSDs with multiple interfaces (eMMC, NVMe PATA, SATA), ranging from 1 to 512GB, and endurance levels from 3,000 to ultra-high 400,000 P/E cycles
