The SoC seamlessly integrates dual-band Wi-Fi 6 functionalities, ensuring robust and reliable connectivity.

With Wi-Fi 6 dual-band 2.4 and 5GHz frequencies, it ensures fast and robust wireless communication in congested environments.

The high-performance Arm Cortex-M33 core, running at 160MHz, is complemented by 704KB of SRAM, providing ample processing power and storage for applications.

Security is paramount with the RA6W1. It features advanced measures such as eXecute in place (XiP) with on-the-fly decryption, TRNG, AES-256, and secure key storage and boot, ensuring data remains protected.

The SoC is Matter ready certified and aligned with the latest IoT standards and regulations to ensure longevity and future-proof compatibility.

It has an extensive list of integrated interfaces, including UART, SPI, I2C, SDIO, PWM, I2S, and GPIOs, making it easy to integrate into existing systems.

The RA6W1 implements different low-power modes that enable ultra-low power operation required by the latest legislation and from battery-operated devices.

It cpmesin multiple packages and options including QFN and WLCSP, Wi-Fi 4 or 6, 2.4GHz only or 2.4/5GHz.

Applications cover smart homes and connected home appliances, wearable and battery-operated IoT devices, mart door locks, video doorbells and surveillance cameras, and thermostats, Industrial IoT, asset tracking, smart meters, point of sale, HVAC, power tools, and connected medical.
