Partnership provides IoT sector access to SoC solutions

  IoT solutions subsidiary of global technology company MediaTek, Airoha Technology has selected Acal BFi as the first regional technical partner to bring its Systems-on-Chip (SoC) solutions to the IoT sector.

The new agreement provides customers in Europe with access to Airoha’s tightly integrated, power-efficient SoC solutions – including Bluetooth low energy, WiFi and location (GNSS) – with integration support from Acal BFi’s Airoha-trained Field Application Engineers.

Experienced development teams are essential to the integration of chip-level solutions into high volume products. Prior to the announcement, Airoha developers provided Acal BFi’s Field Application Engineers with training for its entire portfolio.

As Airoha specialists, Acal BFi’s engineers have the in-depth knowledge to work with customers across Europe as an extension to customer’s in-house teams.
