With a 4 x 4mm footprint and versatile wireless capabilities, the ESP32-H2FHxS SMD Bluetooth SoC is ideal for smart home devices, industrial automation, wearables, and battery-powered Internet of Things (IoT) nodes.
This SoC supports Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) 5.3 and IEEE 802.15.4, enabling users to build Matter-compliant Thread end-point devices. The ESP32-H2FHxS SoC is powered by a 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor that can be clocked up to 96MHz. Featuring 320KB of SRAM, 128KB of ROM, 4KB of LP memory, and a built-in 2MB or 4MB SiP Flash, the ESP32-H2FHxS SoC offers ample memory for complex applications.
Integrated peripherals include a 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), temperature sensor, and a full-speed USB interface.
The ESP32-H2FHxS SoC features a built-in RF balun, simplifying PCB design and reducing the bill of materials (BOM).
With advanced security features including ECC-based secure boot, AES-128/256-XTS-based flash encryption, and digital signature with ECDSA support, the ESP32-H2FHxS SoC provides reliable protection for connected systems.
