The CLV0986E-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 0 dBm at 5 Vdc supply while drawing 20 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C. This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -20 dBc and comes in Z-Comm’s standard MINI-14S-L package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.13 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The CLV0986E-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
CLV0986E-LF is well suited for fixed wireless and test and measurement applications that require ultra low phase noise performance.
