With custom frequencies of 0.75MHz to 1350MHz, close-tolerance temperature stability of ±20ppm and jitter and phase noise characteristics comparable to fixed frequency oscillators, XpressO oscillators are available in HCMOS, LVDS and LVPECL variants for both XO and VCXO. All versions are available with 3.3 or 2.5V input voltage housed in 7 x 5mm or 5 x 3.2mm ceramic packages.
Typical specifications include 1ps phase jitter (this is around ten times better than programmable parts), start up time of 10ms and operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C.
