Crystek’s CVCO55CC-3400-3400 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 3400MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3-4.9V. This VCO features a maximum phase noise of -112dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is +7.0dBm max. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-3400-3400 is packaged in the industry-standard 12.7mm2 SMD package.
