The SMV4350A-LF is designed to deliver -0.5±2.5dBm of output power into a 50Ω load while operating over the industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C. This high performance VCO is further enhanced by saving precious energy. It consumes 20mA of current while operating off a 5.0VDC supply.
The SMV4350A-LF features a typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -25dBc and comes in Z-Comm’s industry standard SUB-L package measuring 0.3×0.3×0.08″. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The SMV4350A-LF is also suitable for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
