VCO features a typical phase noise of -124dBc/Hz

Operating from 805 to 815MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3 to 4.7V, the CVCO55CC-0805-0815 VCO has been released by Crystek. The device, which has an output power of -5dBm, features a typical phase noise of -124dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and high linearity. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the VCO is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5×0.5” SMD package.

Input voltage is 5V, with a typical current consumption of 30mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 0.1MHz and 0.1MHz/V, respectively, while second harmonic suppression is typically -15dBc.

The CVCO55CC-0805-0815 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
