Guaranteed to operate over the industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C, the DRO11000A delivers a typical output power of +2dBm into a 50Ω load. Covering the optimised frequency with a tuning voltage range of 0-12VDC and a tuning gain of 0.8 MHz/V, the VCO suppresses the second harmonic to better than -30dBc.
Suitable for radar system applications, the VCO is offered in Z-COMM’s 0.91×0.91×0.51” surface mount SDRO package.
