Richardson RFPD is offering availability and full design support capabilities for an RF power amplifier module from Quantic PMI.
The PA-2G18G-43-5-40-SFF features a low noise figure of 3.5 dB and saturated output power of +40 dBm (10 W) over the 2 to 18 GHz frequency range, with a gain of 43 dB and ±1.5 dB gain flatness.
It has removable SMA connectors and an ultra-small package size of 1.3-inches x 1.8-inches x 0.88-inches.
Optional features include a heatsink and 120 Vac cooling fan (part number PA-2G18G-43-5-40-SFF-HS).
