Offering frequencies of 1.25-60MHz between temperatures of -55 to +125°C, the XON91 and XON53 oscillators have been released by Euroquartz. The devices, which are suitable for military COTS projects and industrial control systems, feature a typical phase jitter of 500fs from 12kHz to 20MHz.

Across the specified operating temperature range, the oscillators offer a stability of ±100 or ±50ppm and a typical phase noise performance of 85dB/Hz at 10Hz to -155dB/Hz at 10MHz. Both the XON91 and XON53 are offered in 1.8, 2.5, 3.3 and 5V power ratings, consuming as low as 7mA depending on frequency. The devices are specified for maximum rise times of 7 or 10ns depending on supply voltage, a 15pF load, start-up times of 5 or 10ms depending on frequency, and maximum ageing of ±2ppm for the first year.

The XON91 is offered in a 7x5x1.8mm surface mount package and the XON53 is offered 5x3.2x1.2mm package. Both oscillators feature a standard 4-pad layout.
