XO22 ultra-miniature oscillators comprise a TTL/CMOS-compatible hybrid circuit and miniature quartz crystal housed in a low-profile industry-standard four-pad ceramic package with enable/disable function as standard.
Other specifications include typical phase noise from −60dBc/Hz @ 10Hz to −160dBc/Hz @ 1MHz (1.0V, 40MHz), frequency stability over temperature of ±100, ±50 or ±25ppm as standard, rise/fall time of 6ns maximum and current consumption from 4 to 12mA maximum depending on frequency.
Start-up time is 10ms maximum.
The new 1.0 and 1.2V XO22 ultra-miniature SMD devices are available with commercial (10 to 70°C) and industrial (-40 to +85°C) operating temperature ranges with ageing of ±5ppm maximum in first year at 25°C.
Supplied on 8mm tape, 180mm reel with 1k or 2k pieces per reel, XO22 ultra-miniature oscillators are capable of withstanding reflow temperatures to 260°C for 10s.
