The new device, which can be soldered using lead-free processes, offers excellent coplanarity and features a wide frequency range of from 12.6 to 38MHz. Frequency stability is ±5.0ppm over the operating temperature range of -30 to +70ºC. Supply voltage is 3V ±0.15V.
Storage temperature range is -40 to +85ºC and maximum aging is 1ppm/year.
The VT-3225 is housed in a package measuring just 3.2 x 2.5mm with a maximum height off the board of just 1.2mm.
