At a linear output power of -30 to 5dBm, the HMC7053 is upconverted from 29 to 31GHz. /with 20dB conversion gain, the device features a 1 to 2GHz dual input IF at 0dBm. To ensure no phase inversion and maximum spurious rejection, the upconverter was designed with a dual upconversion scheme. Dual L-band inputs, an SMA input and a 2.9mm output connector are offered with the device. The upconverter also provides digital gain control, thermal monitoring and gain compensation. The upconverter measures 5.72×4.51×1.63″ and weighs 0.6lbs.
Operating at 5V while consuming 14A, the HMC7054 achieves linear output power of 37dBm and a 42dB small signal gain. A 2.9mm input connector and WR28 waveguide output are offered with the device. The HPA measures 5.0×4.51×1.145″ and weighs 1.6lbs.
Designed for conduction cooling, both the block upconverter and the HPA operate across a -20 to +80 °C temperature range. Both devices are available now.
