Front-end module delivers 1.9 dB noise figure
Design and sales support for a high power Front-End Module (FEM) from Qorvo is announced by distributor RFMW.
The Qorvo QPF4288A features +22 dBm MCS11 HE40 -43 dB dynamic EVM and +27 dBm MC20 VHT20 spectral mask compliance for wireless access points.
Noise figure is 1.9 dB with 14 dB receive gain and 5 dB bypass loss.
The QPF4288A delivers high capacity and high efficiency in a 5×3 mm package with integrated matching to minimise layout area.
