Fairview Microwave, a brand part of Infinite Electronics and a renowned supplier of RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave products, has introduced its latest line of high-power RF terminations. These terminations are engineered to enhance signal integrity in demanding applications within the telecommunications, aerospace, and defence sectors.

The newly launched terminations feature state-of-the-art designs with 4.3-10, 7/16 DIN, and N-type connectors, supporting a maximum frequency range of up to 6 GHz and power levels of up to 50 watts. This sets a benchmark for reliability and performance in the industry.

Precision-engineered, these high-power RF terminations provide an optimal solution for systems requiring robust and efficient signal termination. They are versatile enough to meet the diverse needs of engineers and designers across various industries. The product line offers maximum power ratings of 5 watts, 10 watts, and 50 watts (CW), ensuring compatibility with a wide range of power requirements across different applications.

Critical to the performance of these terminations is their ability to operate at frequencies up to 6 GHz, making them suitable for a variety of high-frequency applications. With excellent voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) performance, as low as 1.25:1, they ensure minimal signal reflection and maximised efficiency, crucial for maintaining signal integrity in critical systems.

“These new terminations meet the rigorous demands of today’s telecommunication, aerospace and defence applications,” said Product Line Manager Steven Pong. “With exceptional VSWR performance and versatile connectorised designs, we are confident they will exceed our customers’ expectations.”
