With a frequency range from 13.0MHz to 52MHz, EM22S TCXOs are specified to operate at 1.8V, 2.5V or 2.8Volt supply voltages. For applications requiring EFC there is a voltage-control version of the EM22S, the VEM22S.
The EM22S is an ultra-miniature, 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8mm SMD, clipped sinewave-output TCXO. Excellent temperature stability, from ±0.5ppm. Output level 0.8V p-p minimum into a 10k Ohms //10pF load. RoHS and REACH Compliant.

All TCXOs are available as RoHS directive compliant and most types are also available in a non-RoHS compliant version for applications requiring components so specified.
