Clock oscillators deliver low frequency stabilities

Operating over the full industrial temperature range from -40 to +85°C, IQD Frequency Products has introduced the IQXO-445 and IQXO-430 series clock oscillators. Both providing frequency stabilities as low as ±10ppm, the IQXO-445 series is housed in a 2.5×2.0mm ceramic package while the IQXO-430 series is housed in a 3.2×2.5mm ceramic package.

Available over a frequency range of 4-54MHz, both clock oscillators offer extremely low current consumption of 3.1mA at 40MHz coupled with a phase noise performance of -145dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset. Output is CMOS compatible with up to 15pF load. The IQXO-445 and IQXO-430 series include tri-state capability as standard and are intended for RoHS compliant reflow soldering.

Designed for applications such as wireless-LANS, PLC modems, Bluetooth, mobile communications, wi-max and industrial radio, they are available with four or six pads and can be specified in supply voltages of 2.5, 3.0 or 3.3V.
