Trenz Electronic presents its new series of FPGA and SoC modules. They are based on the latest Xilinx all-programmable devices (Artix, Kintex, and Zynq-7000) and are available in a uniform 4×5 cm form factor.

Trenz Electronic's new product series is comprised of FPGA and SoC industrial modules, which can also be deployed in harsh environments, such as those occurring in the industry and aeronautics.

Depending on the model, the modules are available with 8 Gbit DDR3 SDRAM, 4 Gbyte eMMC, 32 Mbyte SPI Flash, RTC, Gigabit Ethernet, and USB in a uniform 4×5 cm compact format.

Through rugged board-to-board connectors, the products are compatible with the existing modules and carrier boards of the TE0600 series.

Long-term availability is guaranteed for all modules.

In addition, all modules and boards can be integrated and customized. Reference designs are available free of charge.

The new series includes:

-TE0710 with Artix-7 FPGA, low-cost module with DDR3 SDRAM;
-TE0711 with Artix-7 FPGA, optimized for high I/O count;
-TE0770 with Kintex-7 FPGA, which offers much DSP power and four 12.5 Gbit/s high-performance transceivers at the best price-performance ratio;
-TE0720 with Zynq-7000 SoC, which connects a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU and a 28 nm FPGA in a single device.
