Using CMOS technology, the Altera Classics offer a solution to high-speed, low-power logic integration, and also has a Turbo-only version. Packages include ceramic DIP, plastic DIP, plastic J-lead chip carrier, ceramic J-lead chip carrier, PGA and SOIC. Check inventory here
