Toroidal transformers cover a host of applications
Availability of a new range of toroidal transformers and related magnetic components from Nuvotem – Talema is announced by BEC Distribution.
The products include open style transformers with power ratings from 15VA to 1000VA.
These are supplied with mounting kits for single-bolt fixing. They are available with either a single 230V Primary or Dual 115V Primaries for series/parallel connection to either 230V or 115V mains supply.
Encapsulated transformers boast power ratings from 15VA to 500VA and are potted into a cylindrical case with centre hole for single-bolt fixing. They are available with either a single 230V Primary or Dual 115V Primaries for series/parallel connection to either 230V or 115V mains supply.
A range of open style toroidal transformers are available with dual primary windings for 120/240V, 50/60Hz operation and 2x120V isolated secondary windings may be connected in series or parallel or used as two independent 120V supplies.
These transformers are UL60601-1 Recognised. (XORU2 & XORU8).
They feature 15VA to 3000VA power ratings, 50Hz-60Hz operation, 5KV Isolation between Primary & Secondary, Minimum 8mm Creepage distance, and <100 microAmps Leakage Current.
