These robust indicators are compatible with night vision goggles and are compliant to the military standard MIL-STD-3009. NVG compatible LED indicators are available in black or anodized, front panel and rear epoxy sealed to IP67 and available in six colours.

Featuring non-contacting Hall Effect technology for long life performance, the TS Series Thumbstick is available with multiple linear output options including single and dual (redundant) outputs. It is similar in size and operation to gamepad controls, but in a rugged industrial package. It is available with threaded plastic D-flat housing, LED options, USB outputs and IP67 above panel sealing.

Toggle action on 2-position models provides a smooth mechanical operation. Bright chrome, satin chrome or matt black finishes and CECC approved.
  • 13000 high reliability single pole and double pole momentary pushbuttons, with silver- or gold-plated contacts. Panel or PCB mounting, UL and CECC approved and designed to European MIL specifications.

In order to better support this key market Foremost has now achieved JOSCAR accreditation. JOSCAR is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry providing a single source for product pre-qualification and compliance information by customers.

As well as its JOSCAR listing Foremost has also achieved Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification. This demonstrates that the company have robust and secure IT systems in place to safely communicate with customers in sensitive markets.

Dave Martin, New Business Director of Foremost Electronics says, “We work closely in partnership with leading global enclosure and switch product and solution manufacturers to meet the exacting needs of our defence customers. We support demanding applications by leveraging proven COTS technologies in environments where shock, vibration, EMC, temperature range and IP ratings are the key to success.”
