The displays have uses across a wide range of applications such as industrial process control, point of sale units, kiosks, security and surveillance systems and public information displays. For external use, versions sealed to IP65 / NEMA 4 are available; a further range, available in 15 to 19 standard and wide screen formats is specifically designed to be readable in bright sunlight.
The displays have VESA mounts, bracket mounts and panel mounting facilities for maximum versatility; they are powered from 110 or 220VAC or 12, 24 and 48VDC. An OSD provides auto-tune capability and easy user configuration of brightness, contrast, phase, clock frequency and picture horizontal and vertical positioning. The control interface is enabled via either a USB or serial port, and, depending on the particular model, the displays have composite and S-Video input, BNC / DVI-D digital input or TV signal input with audio line out.
