The new G83-6644 features a 105-position full QWERTY key layout with Windows Vista keys. Cherry’s Keyman Software, with new comfort functionality, allows for individual and easy key assignment. The integrated PC/SC smart card reader – located on the top of the keyboard – saves space and also enables the user to perform a single-handed card insertion, while keeping the card in plain view. The numeric pad can be switched into Secure PIN Entry mode for enhanced system log-on security.
Operating Systems include: Windows 98, ME, 200, XP, XP 64Bit, CE, Linux, Mac OS X and Vista. The G83-6644 keyboard is offered in black and light grey and comes standard with a USB 2.0 interface and cable.
