GPEG’s 43inch Panoramic Digital Information Display Panel (DID) is landscape and portrait compatible

GPEG announced the launch of their latest state of the art Panoramic TFT display the FDT-I430LA01-GP. This unique display features a 43@@ 4:1 aspect ratio colour active matrix liquid crystal display with a resolution of 1920 x 480 (UHVGA) displaying up to 16.7 million colours. The panel incorporates a LVDS interface for simple connection to external devices, low power consumption and a narrow bezel.

The display can be operated in both landscape and portrait modes ensuring that the unit will fit into a wide variety of spaces where conventional displays are not suitable due to their physical size. The narrow, 12mm, bezel allows the display to be easily extended to form a ‘Video Wall’ type display, for example a 1×6 43” panoramic display for a truly ‘wide screen’ experience.

Featuring a wide viewing angle of +/- 178 deg. a contrast ratio of 3500:1, a brightness of 700cd/m2 and a fast response time of 8mS this display is ideal for many applications including; Casino, Restaurant, Theatre, Airport, Shopping Malls and Department Stores.
