FORTEC UK is proud to announce the upcoming release of the IPPC-5500-ADL0-WG00-1001, from Litemax, a robust 55-inch industrial panel PC designed to meet the needs of modern transport infrastructure.

Based on the highly-regarded IPPD-5500-9131 high-brightness display, this new panel PC offers embedded computing, rugged durability, and Edge processing capability— well suited for smart mobility, EV charging, and semi-outdoor passenger information systems.

Coming July 2025, demo units of the IPPC-5500-ADL0 will be available to order, providing customers with the opportunity to evaluate this powerful, integrated solution for next-generation projects.

The IPPC-5500-ADL0 builds on FORTEC UK’s proven 55” platform, delivering ultra-clear 2500-nit brightness in Full HD (1920x1080), making it ideal for outdoor visibility. Housed in a full IP56-rated aluminium enclosure with 5mm anti-glare cover glass, it is designed to withstand rain, dust, and harsh conditions commonly found in transport and roadside environments.

At its core is the Intel Atom x7425E 3.4GHz Quad Core processor 12W TDP , backed by 4GB DDR4 memory and 128GB storage, delivering powerful multitasking and fast local processing—critical for edge-based analytics, system monitoring, and interactive user engagement.
