The TFT has very compact outline dimensions of 35.5 x 50.6 mm and a thickness of 2.4 mm.
Due to the blanview II technology the TFT is readable under sunlight conditions. The display has a resolution of 240 * 320 dots and an operating temperature range of -20°C…+70°C.
The TFTs are designed for the industrial market, a minimum life time of 5 years is guaranteed.
The optical performance, such as viewing angle L/R/U/D 80°/80°/80°/80° and a high contrast ratio of 800:1 is very good.
