Crystal Displays have launched a range of dual sided window displays which can transform stores, banks, and other commercial buildings. They consist of an outside facing display with a brightness of up to 3000cd/m² (700cd/m² and 1,500cd/m² also available) and an inward facing display with an excellent high contrast and brightness of minimum 400cd/m² (700cd/m² also available).

This difference in brightness between screens ensures that both sides are viewable to their audience no matter what the ambient conditions or usage. Despite being a double-sided display, the solution is slim and lightweight with a depth beginning at 12mm making them thinner than even most single sided screens, creating a very sleek looking design. The slimmest double-sided model available on the market.

Dual high brightness window displays double your digital advertising platform and thus double your impact. Crystal Displays have the widest range of dual sided displays with multiple brightness options as stated previously but not only this they have a wide range of sizes between 37” and 55” with a stretched design for even further space-saving.

The double-sided display means you can make complete use of the space that you have. New marketing opportunities can be advertised to passers-by on the front high bright screen as well as building brand loyalty once your customers are inside on the lower brightness indoor facing side.

CDS panels are also blackening resistant HiTni Panels. In direct sunlight most LCD panels will overheat and blackening on the panel will occur but because CDS’ engineers ensure they only utilise ultra-high brightness panels with specific high temperature liquid crystals that can withstand surface temperatures up to 110˚C. Consequently, no blackening defect occurs making the CDS solution the number one choice for digital signage in retail window displays.

With a built-in HD Android media player you can update them using a USB memory stick i.e. simply load your pictures and videos onto a USB memory stick which will copy the files into its internal flash memory. Once you remove the memory stick the screen will then start playing the pictures and videos in a continuous loop.  Or for a small charge you can update your screens remotely via LAN, WiFi or 4G.
