The technology used allows for extreme wide viewing angles without any visible color shift, typical contrast ratio of 1:1000 and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C.
The amazing monochrome TFTs are available with a screen size of 7.7 cm (3.0 ) with a resolution of 320×120 pixels and also with double height, 8.9 cm (3.5) version with 320×240 pixels resolution. Both will have a brightness of 600 cd/m² and the outstanding backlight lifetime (half initial brightness) will exceed 100k hours. The interface can be switched between serial (SPI 3-/4-wire) and 8-bit parallel (8080/6800).
The color TFT with 800×280 pixels has a diagonal of 15.9 cm (6.3 ), brightness of 480 cd/m² and the backlight lifetime (half initial brightness) will exceed 70k hours. The interface is a 3×6-bit parallel.
