The transparent panel consists of a TFT LCD panel, a metal frame and a driver board with HDMI interface. The user needs to take care about the backlight but this also allows a lot of freedom in the design.
The P5000HVF01.0 for example has got a screen size of 127 cm with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 dots. The outline dimensions are 1147.84 x 704.91 x 22 mm. The optical performance is excellent with a NTSC of 72% and MVA technology. Smaller sizes as 15” are in planning. Additionally to the transparent TFT’s AUO also sees a big future for 4k x 2k – high resolution panels. Please ask for further details such as interface boards or integration support.
