AAEON announces new multi-touch infotainment displays
Aaeon has added two new infotainment displays to their ACD series. ACD-515D and ACD-518D, built with WXGA Multi-Touch Displays, supports VESA 75/100 for optimal display options. With an operating temperature of 0~ 40°C (32~104°F), both models showcase a high-brightness TFT-LCD, and waterproof and dustproof features that will thrive in rugged environments.
For OS support, both WXGA displays support Windows® XP, Windows® 7 and Linux Fedora. Both displays offer DC 12V power input along with an AC power adapter. The On-Screen Display Control features a Menu, Auto, LCD On/Off, and Up and Down button for better access to these frequently used controls. With three USB ports, one Line-out port and two 2W speakers, both displays also enable the end users to transfer data or images from any PC via the VGA/DVI cable. These displays support a Projected Capacitive Multi-Touch Screen, allowing effortless two-finger multi-touch and zoom-in/out functions.
The ACD series feature a rugged design that is ideal for infotainment in any environment. The 7H anti-scratch surface enhances the longevity of the ACD series, while the IP-65/NEMA4-certified front bezel and IPx1-certified back chassis adds to the durability of the series.
