8.4” TFT display with integrated LED driving board

Display Technology has announced a new 8.4” high bright TFT display complete with integrated LED driving board. The new DD-0840-XE11-C from DISTEC has been designed to replace Mitsubishi AA084XE11. This came about after Mitsubishi announced all of their TFT displays would cease production in 2020.

The 8.4” TFT-LCD module offers a brightness of 1000cd/m2 and a resolution of 1,024x768px. A viewing angle of 160/160° makes it easy to read content from all sides and comes with an operating temperature of -30°C to +80°C.

Suitable for transportation, military and instrumentation applications the 8.4” TFT will be available from April 2021.

Display Technology also stocks DD-0840-XE01, the intended replacement for AA084XE01, AA084XB01 and DD-0840-XE11 is the direct replacement for AA084XE11.
